Essay

The thesis is devoted complex research of general theoretic subject-legal aspects of mechanism of hired labour relations regulation under the conditions of market relations. The place of labour legal subject in the structure of the legal regulation mechanism is defined. The classification of labour legal subjects on the will structure is suggested. The theoretical aspects of legal subject status, the dynamics of historical development of labour legal status, the value of governmental bodies in the mechanism of t hired labour relations regulation are analyzed. The necessity of the two types of labour legal status that is objective and subjective setting has been proved. The mechanism of employee' legal status regulation is analyzed and the ways to improve it are suggested. The features of employer' labour legal status are showed. The property criterion of employer' legal personality as innovation foundation of differentiation of the legal regulation is suggested. The new conceptual approach for the elements of the system of socially-partnership relations subjects defining is presented. Numerous suggestions, concerning the conceptual framework and the labour law subjects' legal status improving, have been made.
