Theoretical generalization and latest solution of the relevant problem are presented in the dissertation, notably improvement of the specialized assistance for patients with prostate cancer, taking in consideration prognostic trends on pathology prevalence, - by means of suggested model of early diagnostics, radical prostatectomy improvement, medicated treatment and monitoring principles.Data from comparative examinations analysis and different types and methods of specialized assistance for 501 prostate cancer patients became the basis for development of advanced treatment methods. Methodology of radical prostatectomy with anatomical approach features in order to conserve urination retain function was also improved. According to the results of non-steroid antiandrogen with estrogen interaction mechanism study that provide higher life expectancy and is considered significant for medicine in general, appropriate doses an and low-dose estrogen-antiandrogen therapy rational model were determined. Regarding the conducted treatment method - differentiated approach was applied for prostate cancer patients monitoring. There were also defined: the essential number of examinations, terms of their realization, indications for further treatment, criteria for which are not only dynamic PSA definition and radiation research methods results, but data comparison of histological examination and immune-histological definition of tumoral markers. In case of negative prognosis - implementation of steady androgen blockade. The trend changes character of prostate cancer morbidity rate markers, prevalence and mortality due to this pathology were defined by means of conducted research results and gave possibility to define the epidemiological prognosis tendency.
