Essay

1. Research object: ecological safety of the prolonged hydrotechnical building (PHTB). Aim: development of theoretical and methodological bases of complex impact assessment on a natural environment and management of ecological safety. Methods: a 1) analysis of the systems; 2) theories of the hierarchical systems; 3) expertly-analytical method of analysis of hierarchies (МАІ); 4) mathematical modelling. Scientific novelty: 1) it is first worked out : conception and methodology of complex impact assessment and management ecological safety; managing system of PHTB ecological safety; combined method of making decision; 2) it is first used МАІ in tasks of PHTB ecological safety; 3) it is improved: methodology of management ecological safety of PHTB; methodology of transboundary impact assessment of PHTB; 4) got further development of procedure of EIA and ecological examination. Theoretical and practical results: 1) the scientifically-applied problem of complex impact assessment and management PHTB ecological safety is decided; 2) job performances allow to promote validity and authenticity of procedures of EIA and ecological examination, efficiency of making decision, protect interests of Ukraine in a transboundary context. Degree of introduction : dissertation job performances are used in the project of creation of deep-water ship motion Danube – Black Sea. Sphere of the use: working out of EIA and managing system for PHTB ecological safety.
