Scientific work is devoted to a new settlement of scientific guestion in modern obstetrics - the reduction freguency of obstetric and perinatal complications to women who give birth to a few children by learning the process of pregnancy, confinement and after- confinement period, the state of a new borth the special structural changes in placenta, functional, endocrinological, immunological features of pregnant women and their lactation function, working out and introduction of treating preventive measures algorithm for such category of women.
