Essay

The purpose of the research is the creation of scientific-methodological priciples of radio engineering devices RED) designing included in structure of radio engineering systems (RES) taking into account the stochastic functional characteristics, and their structural components, which parameters are optimum in conditions of application. By the methods of similarity theory was received expression of criterion function to a RED as system of criterion equations containing the basic parameters of the basic parameters of the devices and determining their interrelation. The optimummeaning og goal-oriented function of the device is reached by parametrical optimisation in weak probabilities conditions determination of basic internal parameters. The stochastic models of physical processes in radio engineering systems? methods of optimization of goal-oriented functions for getting of the best quality parameters of microcells? cells and blocks are offered, and also is created object-guided software for designing and optimization of radio engineering devices.
