Essay

Object of research: the formation and development of strategic human resource management in the context of implementation of market strategy for businesses in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological and practical principles of formation and functioning of strategic human resource management entities in the agricultural sector. Methods: historical and logical and dialectical; monographic, abstract and logical, regional, statistical, comparative, correlation and regression; rating assessment methods of mathematical analysis of economic-mathematical modeling of economic forecasting. Scientific novelty: the first conceptual approaches to the formation of strategic human resource management entities defined nature of the system and suggested marketing the concept of strategic human resource management of agricultural enterprises; improved conceptual approach to determining the nature of the category of "agricultural competitiveness on the labor market", Methodical approaches to the formation of strategic priorities and tactical measures to improve management-labor, Strategy of planning personnel of enterprises, the methodological principles of implementing an integrated approach to the formation of work motivation of personnel farms principles of strategic human resource management with application of the model, the conceptual framework to improve the regulation of social and labor relations.
