Zymovets V. Public financial policy of economic development

Research object: financial system of country as of the interreletaed public finances, finances of households, real and financial sector aggregate. Research aim: the development of the systematic theoretic and methodological approach of the public financial policy of economic development forming, and working out of its conceptual principles and corresponding functions on this basis. Research methods and apparatus: the system and balance methods were used; the statistical comparisons; the logical induction method. Theoretical and practical results: scientific ground of the system theoretic and methodological approach of the public financial policy of economic development forming and working out of its conceptual principles and corresponding functions on this basis; at the first the position about the intercommunication between the level of financial sector development and flexibility of fiscal policy was grounded; it is improved the traditional approaches referred to the role of financial sector in economic development and of the country's long-term financial stability. Degree of introduction: scientifically-analytical messages to Secretariat of President of Ukraine, Ministry of finance of Ukraine, National security and defensive Council of Ukraine Sphere (industry) of the use: executive public authorities, an educational process in high educational establishments.
