Nelin A. Evolution of inheritance law in Ukraine (historical and legal aspect).

The Thesis presents a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical issues of establishing and development of inheritance in various social and economic formations. The work reveals the ways historical and legal knowledge was accumulated, the ways the scope of legal relationships widened and the development of the institution of succession proceeded. It presents how some new processes and mass of new material were introduced as well as how history of Ukrainian inheritance law reflected the peculiarities of historical development of Ukrainian state and law. The Thesis proves that inheritance law was formed and developed due to genesis of private property. The inheritable property was the property of the whole Russian family. The family had rights and incurred liabilities.
