Bashtannyk V. Reforming of state administration in the context of European integration processes

The dissertation investigates actual scientific study problems of theoretical and methodological foundations of public administration reform in the context of the European integration process and development of scientific and practical approaches that provide practical application of scientific results. The multidimensionality transformation process in the public administration, diversity effects on a process of internal and external factors, complexity and dynamic evolution of the methodological basis for forming an integrated system of public administration are established. It is shown feasibility of a systematic integration of approach to ideology as the basis of transformation process in the system of public administration. Internal and external impacts on the transformation process, their behaviour, stages of institutionalization of governance.
