Maydanyuk I. The reconstruction of Natural Rights Ideas in the Philosophical Thought of Ukraine (Historical and Philosophical Aspects)

For the first time in the national philosophy, based on systems analysis the reconstruction of Natural Rights Ideas in the Philosophical Thought of Ukraine are actualized, and the specific of a development of Natural Rights views is reproduced. Outlined by which factors Natural Rights Ideas could influence on forming of national consciousness. An originality of western European conceptions resonance of absolute law in the philosophical culture of Ukraine is examined. The thesis also found out the Essence of national peculiarities of natural law, comparative analysis of models of existing in the Ukrainian philosophy Ideal Society, and a model of Ideal Society based on modern theories of Natural Law have been discussed here. National Civil Legal Community of Opportunities is suggested as a philosophical model of modern society.
