The object - benign focal liver formation (BFLF); the purpose - to improve outcomes in patients with benign focal liver formations by developing a comprehensive program of diagnostic and treatment activities with priority use of modified methods of diagnosis and minimally invasive, video endoscope technology; the methods - clinical, laboratory, instrumental, ray, dynamic interfacial tensiometry serum and liver cyst fluid, the original non-standard form, morphological, statistical; the novelty - proposed and justified a new direction in solving the problem of diagnostics and surgical treatment of benign focal liver formations and new principles in the diagnosis of different types of designated pathology and new approaches to therapeutic tactics, techniques used in minimally invasive surgery depending on the location and size of the pathological process, as well as methods of prevention and parasurgical correction of postoperative complications; results - the introduction of the proposed methods and improved sparing minimally invasive treatment reduced the number of BFLF postoperative complications in 18,5%, lethality - 3,2%, developed and introduced into the practice of optimal technology resection of the liver yielded good immediate and long-term outcomes; inculcated - in medical practices, in an educational process; the sphere is medicine.
