Essay

The knowledge of development and innovative development of enterprise is en-hanced in dissertation work. Methodological principles of strategic changes' manage-ment are improved through establishment of essence, complicated nature, authentica-tion of strategic changes and general use of base methods, approaches, principles of changes management. The concept of strategic changes management in enterprise ac-tivities is developed. A "potential of enterprise changes" concept is introduced as a basis of implemen-tation of its features to development. The complex of indicators is figured, where the estimation indexes of the state of produce - market and resource subsystems of enter-prise are summarized. The scenarios of innovative development of enterprise are devel-oped. The tool of strategic changes management in enterprise activities is developed. The complex of models of evaluation of changes potential and simulation model of strategic changes are proposed. The cognitive maps of changes potential are built for the different subsystems of enterprise. The quantitative estimations of strategic changes characteristics are specified - depth, scale and rate. The approach to planning of strate-gic changes which considers established regulators-indexes and indicators of changes potential is figured. The models of activation of personnel behavior of enterprise when strategic changes take place are built.
