Shpak N. Communication management of the industrial enterprises

The object of the research is the processes of building, functioning and development of communication management system of industrial enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to develop conceptual, methodological and methodically applied principles of the communication management of the industrial enterprises. In the course of investigation the author has applied such research methods as system method, bunching method, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison method, non-parametric and parametric statistic methods, statistic analysis, expert evaluation method, methods of discriminant and cluster analyses, structural and logical analysis, morphological and graphical analysis. Theoretical value of the thesis findings lies in: specification of the conceptual and categorical problem framework; development of the information and communication classifications; improvement of the communication system definition; investigation of conditions and peculiarities of the communication system functioning, as well as its importance for enterprise, correlation with intellectual capital management system and corporate management system in general; improvement of the communication process model; elaboration of the conceptual basis for communication management organizing and its application at the industrial enterprises. The practical value of the findings lies in the development and elaboration of methodologically applied support of communication management at the industrial enterprises in the framework of system approach. The scientific novelty of the findings lies in the conceptual solution to scientific and applied problem of the communication system management forming, implementation and development at the enterprises, which is based on the process-structural management principles. Methodological regulations and recommendations, models, mechanisms concerning efficiency enhancing of communication system building improvement and functioning have been practically implemented at some industrial enterprises. Author’s recommendations are applied in the industrial sphere.
