Boyko L. Organizational-economic adjusting of the landed relations in agriculture

Object - the process of adjusting of land relations in agriculture for the market economic environment. Purpose - To substantiate theoretical-methodological basis and development of practical recommendations for improving the organizational and economic adjusting of land relations in agriculture. Methods - abstract and logical, statistical groupings; monographic, comparison, correlation and regression, simulation, an index of motion. Results: The chart of co-operation of organs of adjusting of the landed relations is developed with the use of methodology of management after aims. System intercommunication of components of economic mechanism of adjusting of the landed relations is grounded (rent mechanism, mechanism of forming of profits, tax and mechanism of providing of the extended reproduction in agriculture). It is grounded, that taking of rent on the charges of leaseholder is debatable position. As rent is a profit on an earth-capital, taking of rent in the complement of charges distorts of principle essence of factor "earth" as a factor, formative an income, does not allow to compensate the expense of the landed resource and create pre-conditions of the extended reproduction in agriculture. The novelty lies in a comprehensive validation of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical directions to improve the organizational and economic adjusting of land relations in agriculture. Results and suggestions made to the embedded and used by the Department of Agriculture Development Poltava Regional State Administration, Poltava Region State Administration, the Department of State Committee for Land Resources in the Poltava region, used in the learning process of Poltava State Agrarian Academy.
