Bychkova S. The civil procedure legal status of persons, involved in the case of a limitation proceeding

The object of research is the social relations arising in connection with the acquisition, operation and termination of civil procedural legal status of persons involved in the case of limitation proceedings. The main aim is the development of theoretical foundations and principles of practical implementation of this institution. There were гsed general scientific and special methods of knowledge of legal phenomena (historical and law, comparative law, systematic, formal logic, dogmatic, etc.) in the research. This thesis are the first comprehensive research of institute civil procedural legal status of persons involved in the case of limitation proceedings, during which resolved important scientific problem. There was suggested ways to optimize the legislation of Ukraine. The results were introduced into legislative, еnforcement, science-research and teaching areas.
