Essay

The dissertation discusses a number of topical issues determine patterns of lipid metabolism of the birds. Developed experimentally substantiated and practically investigated the optimal levels of addition of lipids in feed. The interrelation of the optimal consumption of raw fat in mixed fodder with the average growth rate, weight and gutted carcass no - eviscerated chicken, the mass of the pectoral muscles and leg muscles, the coefficient of digestibility of fat, feed consumption per unit of gain. There were installed the fatty acid composition of feed, poultry organs and tissues. There were installed the effect of different levels and sources of fat on the meat productivity of broiler ducks, and quail of meat productive direction. There were investigated the characteristic of the effectiveness of the influence of lipid nutrition on many factors digestibility of nutrients of the diet, the balance of nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus and fatty acids. There were discussed the changes of histological structure of the small intestine by using feeds with different sources of fat at the optimal amount of it. Calculated efficiency of feed with different content and source of fat in broiler feeding ducks, quail on meat production, rearing and quail egg-laying hens direction.
