Sergeev V. Political networks as the form of interaction of the state and a civil society (the theoretical and methodological analysis).

The object is a network form of interaction of the state and a civil society. The aim is to open the theoretical and methodological principles of study of political networks as a forms of interaction of the state and a civil society. The methods are network approach, approach of the systems, system-component, structural-functional analysis, problem-chronologic and institutional, historical and comparative, prognostications. It is allocated two typological forms of political networks: political networks and state policy networks. It is shown that through networks the civil society has an opportunity to contact to the government that will be transformed on stimulus to public self-organising. Therefore in a research context of civil society great value are got by a problem of ability of political networks to self-organising. Thanks to existence of political networks public self-organising as the basis of a civil society receives additional stimulus to existence and mass deployment. Application of network technologies in the government has led to creation of networks of a state policy, which understand the networks which members directly stay in the state structure. Application spheres are activity of political subjects in the conditions of network interaction, training courses.
