Essay

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of the physical mechanisms of collective diffusive dynamics of protein macromolecules and membrane-peptide complexes. Collective diffusive dynamics of such objects as KcsA potassium ion channel, bacterial periplasmic transport proteins, calmodulin, human tyrosyl-tRNA-sinthetase and the complexes of peptides with lipid membranes are investigated. The number of new approaches to collective dynamics of proteins and membrane-peptide complexes is created. Supplementary theoretical problem of the single-file multi-particle diffusion in the narrow pores is solved.
