Essay

In the dissertation the results of theoretic-methodological ground and empiric verification of the personality realization phenomenon are presented. The personality realization - is the mental form in which subjectively negative evaluation of results, process and perspectives of self-realization are reflected. This mental form is correlated with stagnation of self-accomplishment process and frustration of life success need during three life stages: past, present and future. The ontogenesis-related dynamics, gender features and typology of personality realization indexes are studied.
