The dissertation investigates the social relations caused by the procedural rules of law in the affairs of individual proceedings. The thesis contains an analysis of conditions, formation and development of a separate proceeding, as an in independent legal proceedings in civil procedural law of Ukraine. Enters a separate proceeding, as an independent sub–sectors in the civil procedural law. On the basis of various scientific approaches to the concept of «procedural activity», «legal proceedings», «judicial form», the structure of each of these procedural categories. Research institutes and offices legal protection. The essence of evidence and proof in a separate proceeding is researched in the thesis. Based on the analysis of legal norms and judicial practices defined theoretical conclusion and practical proposals aimed at improving and developing separate proceedings in the modern civil procedural law of Ukraine.
