In dissertation materials are expounded on the study of epizootological situation in relation to the associative gastroenteric invasions of horse in the conditions of economies AR Crimea. The morphological, biochemical and immunological indexes of blood are studied after mono- and associative invasions of horse. It is set that at invasions for animals takes a place development of autoimmunity processes in an organism, which are characterized growth of titles of autoantibody, high concentration of imunity complexis, positive endermic allergic test. Strongilyatozi of digestive channel run across with the defeat of the hepatobilliar system. It shows up changes from the side of distributing of isoenzyme of lactatdegydrogenaza (LDG). It is well-proven that results invasion vermin in diminishing of lactoflora in a stomach and bowels. Normalization of microflora of digestive channel takes a place after a release from vermin very slowly. Introduction to the basic ration of horse Lactinum-K-10 is instrumental in an increase in the microflora of digestive channel of amount of bifidum, lactoflora and actinomices. Found out intercommunication between maintenance of iodine in an environment and infection of horse by enterozoons. It is found out, that at the insufficient receipt of iodine with sterns the tireoid type of blood changes in the organism of horse, and on his background the state of immunological sistem and work of liver. Efficiency of application potassium of iodide and marine salt is experimentally studied with the purpose of prophylaxis of defeat of horse of Strongylata. .
