Dzeiko Z. Legislative techniques in Ukraine (theoretical and historical research)

The dissertation is devoted to finding and solving basic theoretical and historical problems connected with the notion of legislative techniques, the peculiarities of their formation, status and perspectives of development in Ukraine. Historical descriptions and methods of research of legislative techniques, their level of development, historical and modern approaches to their understanding are considered. The definition of legislative techniques as a system of methods and rules of law creation as well as their systematization (in codification and consolidation forms) to guarantee their quality and effective realization is given. The evolution of legal thought as to understanding of legislative techniques and its influence on the development of legislative techniques in Ukraine are analyzed. Modern approaches to the conception, importance, functions and structure of legislative techniques are studied. The rules and methods of legislative techniques and the problems of their putting into practice are emphasized. Special attention is given to the characteristic of legislative techniques as a system.
