Object - the geometric parameters of dynamic objects, the purpose - the solution of scientific and applied problems of determining the geometric parameters of arbitrarily located and oriented in the space of dynamic objects, methods of research - the method of least squares; novelty - first developed the theoretical basis for the creation of local geodetic networks providing adequate accuracy spatial position and orientation of dynamic objects in the global and local coordinate systems, principles for determining the geometric parameters of arbitrarily located and oriented in space as a set of dynamic objects geodesic constructions, methods of survey measurement and processing of their results, combining for joint equalization geodetic measurements and geometric surfaces and rotating objects, models and other geodetic goniometer, which while fitting the observations at the same time they are determined by their geometrical parameters, averaged results of measurements and their metrological characteristics, models astronomical and geodetic instruments - telescopes and satellite laser ranging stations as dynamic objects, and the results - developed universal methods of geodetic measurements and processing of the results achieved on the definition of geometrical parameters and metrological characteristics of radio telescopes, including mirrors, laser ranging stations (SLR) satellites, cylindrical and spherical tanks, theodolites, total stations, as well as determining the local geodetic radio telescopes and SLR for GPS markers; industry - geodesy, metrology.
