Riabinina L. Modern money and money circulation as factors of monetary policy

The dissertation deals with modern money and money turnover as to the factors of the monetary policy. The theoretical approaches to the essence of modern money, as a substitute of gold money and their signs, the functions of modern credit money, money turnover, its functions and principles of its organization are investigated. The problems of introduction in Ukraine of targeting of inflation as the most effective mode for countries with a transitional economy are analyzed.The problems of firmness of banks and banking system are investigated and the role of bank liquidity in maintenance of firmness of banks and banking system is shown. Also the necessity of determination by the jars of the currency risk by means of determination of the general open currency position is shown. A necessity is considered joint actions of NBU and Government on business of achievement and maintenance of money stability and prices for effective socio-economic development of country.
