Theoretical approaches and practical recommendations as to the reforming of the dairy subcomplex economic-organizing relations under the globalization conditions have been developed in the dissertation. Research methodology, regulating and reforming of the dairy subcomplex economic-organizing relations on the basis of combination of institutional, system-structural and partnership approach have been deepened. Structural and system changes in the dairy subcomplex of the agro industrial complex under the market transformation conditions have been studied, the reasons of the dairy cattle-breeding destruction, the conditions, causes, means of overcoming its consequences have been revealed, the main determinants of the dairy industry critical state and their consequences for consumers have been studied. The necessity of the milk and dairy market regulation improvement and the expediency of institutionalization of entrepreneurship organization legal forms in the dairy subcomplex on the basis of state-private partnership have been proved. The directions of the dairy subcomplex economic-organizing relations reforming by means of restructing the dairy cattle-breeding material and technical basis and innovational technological modernization of dairy processing enterprises have been developed. Strategic priorities of reforming of the dairy subcomplex economic-organizing relations of Volyn region have been defined, and also the author's variant of the dairy clustering on the basis of integrator - dairy processing enterprise has been introduced.
