Dibrova . Pyloro- and organpreserving operations in surgical treatment of gastric ulcer

The dissertation dedicated the problem of improvement of surgical treatment results in patients with gastric ulcer by using specific pathogenetic based tactic. Different treatment surgical methods, such as improved and own pyloropreserving procedures was used depends of morphological and functional condition of stomach, and also treatment results was evaluated, such as quality of life, etc. Indication for major pyloruspreserving and organpreserving gastric resection was given. Already existing methods of preoperative and intraoperative tactic in patients with gastric ulcer was improved. Main etiological factors of secondary gastric ulcer were indicated and differential treatment tactic of such a patients was created. Long term results after different surgeries were evaluated and there effectiveness was studied by analyzing quality of life criteria.
