Orlova N. The formation mechanisms of state regulation of corporate relations in Ukraine

Object of research - the process of state regulation of corporate relations in Ukraine. Methods of research - historical, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, formalization, mathematical. The practical significance of research results is from the fact that they brought to the level of specific proposals, which are the basis for their implementation in practice of government corporate sector of the economy in order to improve corporate relations. The scientific novelty of the study is for the first time a theoretical and methodological approach to the classification of the concept of "corporate attitude" on the basis of a legal, general economic and management science approaches, definitions of key distinguishing features to ensure the development of the corporate sector of the economy is formed, the use of a methodical approach to determining the effectiveness of corporate social liability corporation, depending on the key stakeholders - stakeholders, on which it focuses, which will increase the level of corporate relations in the economic environment, it is suggested, methodical approach to the gradual formation of the national model of corporate governance, which includes a new structural elements, grounded methodological approach to the development of organizational economic mechanism of interaction between government and corporations on the basis of the components of the information society is developed. The mechanism of interaction with other members of the corporation in the electronic control system, a methodical approach to the justification of the ways of government regulation of corporations increasing transparency, legal and institutional mechanisms of state regulation of corporate relations in the definition of the tasks of the state and corporations, and the results of their implementation improved. Methods of study areas of state regulation of corporate relations by defining the tasks of the state and corporations, institutional approach to defining the directions of the state mechanisms of corporate relations of Ukraine with the definition of the structural members of the corporate sector of the economy and their development to improve the regulation, the method of determining the characteristics features of state corporate rights management in the Ukrainian economy based on the nature of the functions of the state as the owner of corporate rights of the issuer and the investor, scientific and methodical approach to the definition of "social responsibility" based on the concept of the interested parties (stakeholders) methods to identify features and incorporate them into the formation of areas of state regulation of information disclosure among the participants in corporate relations through the introduction of corporate governance principles and electronic technologies were further developed.
