The thesis is devoted to the development of new prospective scientific direction in the synthesis of BAS on the basis of 2-oxindole derivatives. An effective method of synthesis (2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)acetic acids ethyl esters has been developed. On its basis the large group of amides of (2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)-2-oxyacetic acid has been synthesized. N-[(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)-2-oxiacetil]amino acids and their functional derivatives in a carboxyl group have been synthesized by the methods elaborated. The preparative methods for the synthesis of 2-(benzoylamino)(1-R-2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)acetic acids, its esters, azlactones and amides, N-[2-(benzoylamino)(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)aminoacids and their esters have been developed. The structure of the compounds synthesized has been confirmed by the modern methods of instrumental analysis (including X-ray diffraction method). For further biological research as a potential tranquilonootrope ethyl ester of N-[(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)oxiacetil]aminoacetic acids has been recommended. Previous researches to development of methods of control of quality of substance and development of medical form have been carried out.
