The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of theoretical, legal, organizational-methodological and practical problems of forensic and commodity examinations of consumer goods which define the activity of the investigators, experts, operative officers, judges on revealing, disclosing, investigation and consideration of criminal, civil and economic cases in the court. On the basis of the analysis of the theory and practice of investigatory and expert activity the author of dissertation researches the important scientific problem connected with working out of conceptual bases which define the specificity of regulation of forensic and commodity examinations of different groups of consumer goods.
