Stepanov V. Theoretical and Methodological Principles of Forming and Implementing Public Information Policy

Object of research: public informative policy. Purpose: ground of theoretical-methodological bases in relation to maintenance, constituents and principles of functioning of mechanism of forming and realization of public informative policy in Ukraine. Methods: system, attributively-ontological, synergetic approaches; system-analytical; statistical; comparative analysis. Results: theoretical-methodological bases in relation to maintenance, constituents and principles of functioning of mechanism of forming and realization of public informative policy in Ukraine are grounded. Novelty: the humanitarian constituent of public informative policy is selected; tasks and functions of the state on the questions of informative safety are specified; directions of priorities of forming and realization of public informative policy in Ukraine are grounded. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Kharkiv region. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
