Object: processes of forming and development of ecological certification in control the system environment in Ukraine. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological bases organizationally economic providing of ecological certification in control the system environment. Research methods and apparatus: methods logically - structural; analysis and synthesis; mathematical design; statistical and comparative analysis; expert estimations and comparison; calculation-analytical; scenarios; cross-correlation regressive analysis and prognostication. Novelty: conception of ecological certification which includes a complex organizationally - economic principles is first developed: tax and financial instruments, institution measures, the - methodical providing and mechanism of introduction of ecological certification is scientific. It is directed on realization of state administration in the system of environment.
