Essay

Work is devoted the solution of a large scientifically-applied problem of optimization and stabilization of a reactive capacity and strength of coke in the conditions of exhaustion of natural stocks of well conglomerating coals and possibilities of ail operation condition of process of a carbonization in a layer. The basic thermodynamic and kinetic regularity of behavior of carbon of coke in a blast-furnace process and in method NSC, as its physical model is formulated and quantitatively presented. On this basis main routes, methods and processes of optimization and stabilization of quality of coke are defined. Necessity of sharing of parameters of method NSC and "cold" strength of coke is established. Growth of the relation of maintenances aromatic and aliphatic structures in organic weight of coal (ri) conducts to decrease in a reactive capacity of coke and simultaneously to growth of its "hot" and "cold" strength. Values r| >0,12 industrial coal charge can be attained application of additives of organic matters of the various nature. Change of a group chemical compound of a charge at the expense of increase in the maintenance of light coals leads to intensive "crushing" of coke to sizes of "separateness". The apparatus for compulsory machining of the coke, optimizing and stabilizing its properties is developed and taken out a patent for. Multi-variant approach of optimum distribution of coals of different brands on a size is shown. For increase in uniformity of a charge the highly effective amalgamator of a coal charge is developed and introduced on JSC "Baglejsky plant". At consolidation of a coal charge by its partial performing it is necessary to combine optimum a share of the preformed class-room, it properties to cake and a size of cakes. It is installed, that the carbonization rammed coal charge with firm organic additives provides possibility of raise of a share in coal charge gas and lean coal. At performing of a charge with the raised maintenance of coals of brands of lean-caking and lean it is expedient to use binding with r| >0,10, and with the raised maintenance of light coals - binding with r| < 0,10. The production engineering, installation and optimum parameters of process of a gratningsludgeare developed and introduced on JSC "Krivorozhsky plant" and JSC "Dneprodzerzhinsky plant". The production engineering of their thermopreparation is developed For martempering of technological properties of coproducts of a cake and by-product process as components of a coal charge The developed processes and designs are accepted by Ukrainian scientifically- industrial association "Ukrcoke" for a heading at all coke-chemical factories of Ukraine, and also "Hyprocoke" for use at designing new and redesigns of acting coke-oven batteries. Partial implementation of the gained results on Open Society "DMKD" has given 1,186 grn/t pig-iron.
