Dzis N. Noninflammatory disease of ovary, salpinx and uterus broad chord: peculiarities of pathogenesis, diagnostics and therapeutical approaches.

Object - noninflammatory disease of ovary (NDofO), salpinx (S) and uterus broad chord (UBCh) for the women of genesial age; purpose – to provide and recover genesial potential of women with NDofO, S and UBCh by the study of modern pathomorphological factors, development of criteria of its diagnostics and algorithm of individual correction; methods – questionnaire-anamnestic, clinical, biochemical, microbiological, enzyme-linked immunosorbent analysis, high-frequency ultrasonography with the pulse Doppler image, morphohistological, electronic-microscopic, mathematical statistical analysis; results – conception of nosotropic mechanisms of forming of NDofO, S and UBCh, is first presented for the women of genesial age and the diagnostic criteria of this pathology are certain by the study of features of its clinical flow, microbiocoenosis and viral infection of biological environments, psychological status, hormonal and immune homoeostasis, state of blood ensure organs of small pelvis, extracellulary collogen matrice, anatomical-functional and morphological descriptions; influence of serotonin is well-proven on the hormonal type of women, development of endothelial disfunction and commissural process at NDofO, S and UBCh; the deep complex study of the state of blood ensure organs of small pelvis is first conducted, systems of haemostasis at this pathology and propensity is set to the hypercoagulability; the complex chart of diagnostics of NDofO, S and UBCh and its differential diagnostics, is offered with chronic salpingoophoritis in the stage of intensifying; branch – medicine.
