Ivantsova N. Genesis of a practical psychologist's professional orientation.

The thesis is focused on the problem of great importance - genesis of a practical psychologist's professional orientation. Psychological conception of a future psychologist's professional orientation genesis is viewed as a specific dynamic psychological formation which is characterized by the dominating professional motives. The concept methodological bases on different stages of professionalization is developed. It is done with the help of key components analysis in its structural organization and personality-motivational formation. The dependence between the level of professional direction formation and the index of effectiveness of future psychologists teaching is defined. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of students' professional direction are distinguished in the process of studying in a higher educational establishment. The investigator's methodology of formation of the contextual structure of future practical psychologists' professional direction is presented. The training program of the professional orientation development, which is aimed at creative and professionally meaningful students' abilities realization and development, their professional and psychological potential actualization and the solving of non-standard stimulating situations of professional direction is worked out and experimentally proved.
