Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical approaches and practical recommendations in relation to investigation and utilization of heterogeneous chemiluminescence detection for control of ultramicrotraces of toxic, biologically active anions in environmental and other objects. With systematic study of rapid consecutive reactions conversion was achieved of non-chemiluminescing analytes into chemiluminescing with chemiluminescence indicator analytical forms, their separation from the matrix as well as from interfering components and chemiluminescence detection in heterogeneous systems.
