Essay

The purpose of this paper is the development of scientific bases of technology of recycling waste polymeric materials and components, footwear and other products of light industry. The object of study - the technological processes of recycling plastic waste materials and products for light industry. The main theoretical results of the proposed process model of glitseroliz waste PET; the mechanism of interaction between the modifier synthesized and wastes of polyethylene; resulting in stabilization of the rheological and mechanical properties; discovered a new effect of temperature - frequency dependence of the viscosity of the melt of polyolefins; obtained and analyzed mathematical models depending on the strength of adhesive joints of operations manufacture of footwear from technological factors; using the developed adhesive melts. Practical results of the technology of PET chemical recycling of waste to produce intermediates; of which the melt adhesives for the footwear, packaging industries; duplicating film coating compositions of garments; textile fibers sizing agents; polyurethane coatings; builders waste polyolefins, developed software for calculating the parameters of modified injection polyethylene waste; the total economic impact of the introduction of developments of more than 1.5 million oz.
