The dissertation is devoted a problem of decrease in frequency and degree to weight neuroendocrinological, dysmetabolical and psychological infringements at women who have transferred hysterectomy at reproductive age on the basis of working out and introduction of algorithm diagnostic, medical - preventive and rehabilitation actions. New aspects of patogenesise infringements of gynecologic and somatic health, and also quality of a life at women after hysterectomy in reproductive age in the early and remote terms after operation taking into account volume of operative intervention are established. Influence of various volume hysterectomy on anatomic and functional changes ovariums is shown, to feature of their blood supply in various terms after operative treatment. The role hysterectomy in development neurovegetatical, urogenital, sexual and psychological infringements after hysterectomy at reproductive age is shown. The interrelation between clinical, functional, endocrinological and psychological changes at women of this group is established. Features of infringements of a functional condition of cardiovascular system, lipide exchange and a system hemostasis at patients after hysterectomy in reproductive age are shown. The algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions at women after hysterectomy in reproductive age on the basis of use of the directed hormonal correction and the differentiated approach to use of metabolic therapy and psychocorrection is developed.
