Essay

The object of study - genital herpes, chlamydiosis, trichomoniasis. The purpose of the study - improving the effectiveness of the treatment and prevention of genital infections caused by Herpes sіmplex, Chlamydіa trachomatіs, Trіchomonas vagіnalіs on the basis of new data on the epidemiology, clinical manifestations, morphopathogenesis, immune disorders and social consequences. Methods: Epidemiological, clinical, biochemical, spectrophotometric, and statistical. The Dissertation is devoted to a problem of sexual infections caused by Herpes sіmplex, Chlamydіa trachomatіs, Trіchomonas vagіnalіs - to their diagnostics, treatment and prevention. High prevalence of genital herpes, chlamydіasis, and trіchomoniasis is established in some oblasts of Ukraine. In an early phase of epidemic it is necessary to influence sensitive groups in the center of sexual networks, in a late phase - it is better to direct efforts to a population as a whole. Genital herpes, chlamydіasis, and trіchomoniasis influence negatively on sexual and reproductive health in 35-60 % of patients. It is revealed the narrowing of uterus tubes aperture, acrosome and head deformations of spermatozoon. The concentrations of IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, TGF? increase, nevertheless IL-10, IL-15 concentrations decrease in urine and blood. The treatment of patients by famciclovir, azithromycin, ornidazole and kagocel is effective and safe. The concept of preventive and organizational actions for the prophylactics of sexually transmitted infections is offered. The results have been implemented in practice of the clinic of SE "Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of AMS of Ukraine", the Kharkiv Regional Clinical dermatovenerologic dispensary № 1, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava regional dermatovenerologic dispensaries, Donetsk city dermatovenerologic dispensary, Republican dermatovenerologic dispensary of AR of Crimea.
