Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the pathogenesis of viral hepatitis A and correction of disturbances in residents of the industrial area (Lugansk region). Immune and metabolic disorders in vitro in monocytes, T-helpers/inductors and cytotoxic T-suppressors of peripheral blood of patients with viral hepatitis A are studied for the first time. Immune, metabolic and microcirculatory changes are studied in the patients with viral hepatitis A. The tactics of urgent chemoprophylaxis of hepatitis A with usage of endogenous interferon production inductor amizonum is pathogenetically and epidemiologically substantiated.
