Narodnytskyi G. Basics of providing of unity measurement of volume and level of substances

Dissertation is dedicated to decision of the important applied problem of providing of unity measurement of volume and level of substances. The theoretic tasks on specified problem have been decided: the analysis of errors of horizontal tanks calibration tables, which arise because of change of their tilt, is made; the debalance of oil products volume during their counting, which arises because of errors of used measuring devices, is viewed; the researches of metrological characteristics of ultrasonic level meters is made; the metrological researches of indirect method of measuring of oil and oil products mass is made. The principles of building of state verification scheme for liquid volume measuring devices and state primary standard of liquid volume unity are developed. The new methods of measurement of integral characteristics of short-wave part of sea surface spectrum by ultrasonic level meter-wavegraph are developed. The 11 state standards of Ukraine, one technical reglament and normative document - Recommendation, which contains the state verification scheme, procedures of verification (calibration) and procedures of metering of liquid volume and density are developed.
