The thesis is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and conceptual approaches to modernizing the system of mechanisms of state regulation of the agricultural sector to ensure the implementation of the strategic objectives of the agrarian policy of Ukraine. Obgruntovano methodological approaches with respect to: the formation of an innovative strategy for development of the agricultural sector modeling of state regulation of investment processes in the agricultural sector. Made practical recommendations to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of the agricultural sector.
