Essay

Based on the integrated consideration of circadian rhythms, age-experience, work conditions and cosmogeliogeophysical factor effects on cognitive performance and bloodcirculation in energetic enterprises control panel operators it is found that the ground to reduce the operator functional possibilities at the night, evening and extended shifts is the imbalance in the regulation of body functional interactions at the over-, between- and within- system relations. At the night shifts the overload in the cardiac bloodcirculation selfregulation was revealed, at the afternoon against fatigue - in the vascular one. The evidences for the accelerated functional ageing in operators under tension shiftwork were revealed. Increased solar activity is accompanied by deterioration in both the professional reliability and haemodynamics of energetic enterprise operators. The criteria classification and principles for monitoring of operators shiftwork adaptation were elaborated.
