The new scientific results leading to the creation of the theory and technology concerning the physical processes and phenomena of coherent radiation generation in optically uniform semiconductor crystals modified through the use of the radiational technologies which could be used for the construction og high energy lasers pumped by the electronic high-power beams which generate the radiation in visible and IR ranges of the spectrum are presented and generalized in the dissertation under consideration/ The following tasks were solved for the first time in the dissertation, such as: experimental proof of exciton-plasmonic Mott phase transition, the elaboration of the fundamental equations of the excitonic laser and discovery of the energy levels' inverse population conditions' creation as well as the coherent radiation along with the theory and technology of non-Messbauer gamma-laser construction.
