Pregnancy of women with alimentary - constitutional obesity comes with a background of chronic stress and proceeds with hyperactivity sympathetic nervous systems which leads to insulin resistance, and that in turn initiates pressure simpatico-adrenal and pituitary-thyroid systems, metabolic infringements, increase in blood levels of cortisol and leptin. Along with it are observed psycho vegetative disorders which are closely connected with an irrational nutrition which leads to a pathological increase of weight of a body. The given processes, which amplify with increase in degree of obesity and term of pregnancy, lead to the complicated current of pregnancy and delivery. Using of developed pathogenetic a well-founded complex of medical-preventive and organizational actions allows to improve options of a homeostasis that promotes of decreasing in frequency obstetrical and perinatal complications.
