Kozachenko O. Criminal-legal measures in Ukraine: a cultural anthropological concept

The thesis investigates the criminal-legal measures as an integrated system of an established, viable, functional and mentally adapted ones applied under the condition of a socially dangerous act defined by law as a crime. The necessity and the need for performing cultural-anthropological methodology in criminal-legal measures research, their genesis and implementation practice is reasoned. The reasonability of study of the phenomenon of law on the basis of absolute placental connection to the culture is also proven. There was given the characteristic of modern criminal law paradigm, which embodies three key areas of criminal-legal impact.
