Object of research: social and political relations are in the system of State power. Purpose: development of theoretical-methodological principles of introduction of the political marketing is in public administration of Ukraine, ground of ways of application of the got results in public-administrative practice. Methods: deductive, historical, sociological, structurally-functional, statistical, prognosis. Results: making of theoretical-methodological principles of introduction of the political marketing is in public administration of Ukraine. Novelty: in theory grounded methodology of introduction of instrumental base of the political marketing in public administration; innovative model of political marketing strategy of the competition political positioning. It is inculcated in activity of authorities the Myckolayiv region. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
