Conformities to the law of pathogenesis of basic types of lithogenesis and kind of renal inflammation are exposed. The etiologic structure of infection and mechanisms of metabolism and immunological violations are specified. The effective prophylaxis of relapses and treatment is grounded at the recurrent course of disease. Immunocorrection and antioxidant therapy with Enterosgel, Imunofan and Meksidol in patients with nephrolithiasis and pyelonephritis is proposed.
