The theoretical bases of state and society interrelations from administrative perspective in Ukraine are studied and the set of actions for their implementation is elaborated. It is suggested to introduce some notions into the conceptual framework within the topic of the study. New directions of the state and society interrelations system are defined. The model of state and society administrative interrelations in Ukraine is elaborated. The expedience of the public administration structures creation such as communal councils as the key element of the state and society interrelations system in administration is clarified.
