Ponomarenko A. Hygienic basis of risk factors' prevention for workers of basic occupations in transport branch

Object - work conditions and features of occupational activity on movable and stationary objects of basic transport kinds, modern organization of state sanitary-epidemiological supervision, state of workers' health, realization of their medical and psychophysiological selection for determination of correspondence of positions they hold on transport. Purpose - to determine hygienic preventive measures of risk factors for workers of basic occupations in transport branch. Methods - hygienic, epidemiological, physiological, psychophysiological, clinical, clinical-laboratory, medical-social, medical-statistical ones. Results - for the first time suggestions on improvement of state sanitary-epidemiological supervision on transport are worked out. Novelty - suggestions of organizational-methodical and legislative-legal optimization of structure, regulations and functional tasks of State sanitary-epidemiological service institutions in transport branch embracing in united system of all basic kinds of transport including automobile and municipal electrical one by the way of administrative reorganization are given. Results of investigations were introduces into practical work of SES on railway, water and air transport. Branch - medicine (hygiene and occupational pathology).
