The Dissertation is devoted to the complex pharmacognostical studying of plants of Violaceae and Boraginaceae families, creation medicines, standardization and establishment of their pharmacological activity. It is studied the qualitative structure and the quantitative content of the main BAS groups. It is analyzed the appropriateness of accumulation of phenolic substances within a genus, subgenera and sections at Violaceae and subgenera at Boraginaceae. It is identified 216 substances from which the structure 46 is marked out and established. The general characters for families, genera and species are defined after the microscopic characters of feedstock of 18 species within Viola genus, 22 species of 16 genera within Boraginaceae family were analyzed.
